Meet Cat
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of clinical psychiatry experience — most of it in acute inpatient settings treating adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. I've seen the full spectrum. I know what serious looks like, and it doesn’t throw me one bit.
I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, it was the single most pivotal thing to change my life. Turns out is manifests in ways that weren’t being looked at when we were kids, and now there a whole bunch of people managing kids and parents, at the height of their career and it is all crumbling. That's not a footnote — it's foundational to how I practice. I know what it's like to spend decades being told you're smart enough to figure it out or to blame it on the already diagnosed anxiety. I have had a lot of experience and am not afraid to tease apart all of the things you are feeling and get to the root, and truth be told, most people have more than one thing going on and the order of how you treat those requires an expert.
This is a telehealth-first, cash-pay practice for the first evaluation. No insurance middlemen telling me how long to spend with you. You get my full attention and a provider who actually knows your name. Insurance panel pending for follow ups.

What I Treat
Late-Diagnosed ADHD in Adults
Comprehensive evaluation for adults who suspect — or just learned — their brain is wired differently. Especially high-IQ, high-compensating individuals who flew under the radar for decades and needed answers like yesterday.
Medication Management
Ongoing follow-up and medication optimization. We work together to find what actually works — adjusting, refining, troubleshooting. I look at the full picture: sleep, lifestyle, what's working, what isn't. You're not just a prescription to be managed.
ADHD & Perimenopause
If your brain shifted in your 40s or 50s in ways that feel distinct from "just aging," the estrogen-dopamine interface may be at play. This is an underrecognized intersection — and a core clinical focus of this practice. HRT combined with psychiatric care coming soon.
Second Opinions
Something doesn't feel right about your current diagnosis or treatment? Come tell me your story. I'll give you my honest clinical read — no prior records required, no commitment to switch providers. Sometimes you just need a second brain in the room.
Anxiety & Mood Disorders
Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and postpartum OCD and depression — evaluated thoroughly, treated thoughtfully. No cookie-cutter protocols. This includes some of the hardest things to talk about. You're safe here.
Psychiatric Evaluation
A thorough 75-minute initial assessment — your history, your symptoms, your goals. Multiple validated screenings alongside a comprehensive diagnostic interview. Not a rushed intake. Come ready to tell me everything.
How It Works
No runaround. No waitlist games. No insurance pre-authorizations telling me how to treat you.

Initial Evaluation
A thorough 75-minute psychiatric evaluation via telehealth. We go deep — your history, your symptoms, what you've tried, what you want. No shortcuts.
Treatment Plan
I share my clinical assessment and we discuss a plan — together. You're an adult. You get to weigh in. If medication makes sense, we talk about options, not just what I hand you.
Ongoing Care
Regular follow-ups to adjust and optimize. Stimulant patients are seen monthly — not just for refills, but for a structured skills session built around an evidence-based ADHD curriculum. Homework included.
